1. Blue Elephant Sky Lounge

3. Ralfe Gourmet
It’s the ultimate chocolate haven and what better way to spend Valentine’s Day but with chocolates, good food and passion at Ralfe Gourmet as they open the ancestral home of owner Raquel Choa in Cebu. You can also dine at The Chocolate Chamber restaurant which is merely a few blocks away from Ralfe. It’s an Italian rustique garden restaurant in Marikina with a touch of your grandmother’s antique and warm embrace. Isabelo was formerly an ancestral house of the owner and now a family owned charming restaurant.

6. La Vie Parisienne
It’s simply gorgeous at La Vie Parisienne in Cebu with the Cherry Blossoms, the Italian Winery and ancestral house. French bread, pizzas and wine from around the world, it’s definitely a date restaurant. The quieter and more romantic dining area is at the ancestral house while above the Italian Winery is a rooftop where anyone can have a drink or two. You can also chill at the huge white gazebo all lit up at night. There’s also a La Vie Parisienne in Quezon City at Hotel Rembrandt but a smaller version of the one in Cebu.
